Chairman:
Chairman was awarded the SILVER DISC performance status by the BSJA in May 2000
Chairman successfully completed the performance test at Medingen in 1988 and went on to compete in Germany as a Showjumper at S level 1.50m from 1994, winning in good company during the following three years and showing an exceptional technique over a fence.
Chairman has a very high BLUP (breeding) index for showjumping of 142, giving him the top ranking as a showjumping sire of all stallions graded in Hessen in 1999. He has combined his competition career very successfully with stud work and his progeny are already proving very successful.
Chairman arrived from Germany already approved by the Holsteiner Verband, Oldenburg, Hessen, Bavarian, Rheinland-Phalz-Saar, Wurttemburg, Thuringen & Sachsen Studbooks. He was Fully Approved and Graded by the Anglo European Studbook February 1998 and the American Warmblood Registry Spring 1998.
CHAIRMAN WAS SELECTED TO GO TO THE EUROPEAN STALLION CHAMPIONSHIPS AT ZWOLLE IN JANUARY 1999 AND TO COMPETE IN THE INTERNATIONAL CLASSES IN SPAIN IN FEBRUARY 1999.
Chaiman flew the flag for Great Britain when he finished Equal 3rd in the Best Promising Stallion Championship at the International Stallion Championships in Zwolle, ridden by William Funnell beating such notable stallions as Kigali, ridden by Albert Zoer, and Nissan King Z, ridden by Jos Lansink. 3rd in the Grand Prix at the AES Open National Stallion Jumping Show - Jan `99.
Won big International class on the Sunshine Tour 1999, beating top opposition such as Do IT (Nick Skelton), Temple What A Flash (John Renwick), Sachmow (Andrew Davies) and Uptons LB (Mennell Watson)  also placed four times in other top class competitions on the tour.
Fully approved SHB(GB) November 1999
In the BHD rankings published in January 2000, Chairman was 6th in the the Top 10 Living Stallions available by AI by Own Winnings.
Cor de la Bryere:

by Rantzau XX is one of the most important stallions in modern Showjumping. He is the sire of 83 graded stallions including Calando 1 (sire of the international showjumping stallion Careful) and his full brother Calando 11, Caletto sire of the International Showjumper Visa Calvaro Z, Calvados 1 sire of the International Showjumper Calvados Orion and the International Dressage stallion Chagall, the five full brothers Calypso I to V, Carneval (sire of the international showjumper Panasonic Video, Come Back II grading champion of Germany and Denmark) and Corland (grading champion of Germany and Denmark and now an International Showjumper. In the competition arena, the progeny of Cor de la Bryere have won nearly £1.5 million in prize money in Germany alone.

2008 Showjumping Score 131, 98%.

Rantzau:

Rantzau is the sire of the legendary Cor de la bryere, who revolutionized the world of showjumping. From 1971 to 1973 Rantzau xx was the leading sire of Dressage horses, Showjumpers and Event horses in France. He is regarded as the best Thoroughbred stallion who ever entered the French breeding industry of sport horses.

Lord:

Although Lord won the 1969 Holsteiner stallion approval, it was a controversial decision in the light of his conformational defects, and perhaps as a result of this Lord was at first not used greatly as a stallion, although he was one of the early stallions to Showjump successfully in competition. His first crop produced the International Showjumper, Livius who won the 1980 German Showjumping Derby under Peter Luther, and then team medals at the 1981 European Championships, the World Championships of 1982 and the 1984 Olympic Games. In fact the Showjumping family Luther has been instrumental in the success of Lord – Peter Luther’s sons both starred on Lord progeny – Thieß rode the licensed stallion, Lord Incipit with great success, and Haucke Luther was a star in the puissance with Lyra 20. Other successful competitors by Lord include Luguna (K. Huck), Lafeyette (H. Schmidt), Actrice (C. O. Nagel), Lusius (E. Gundel) and Pedro who competed at the World Championships in Dublin with Thomas Frühmann, Loyal 9 (P. Nagel-Tornau) and many more. Successful sire sons include Lantaan in Holstein, and the sadly short-lived, Lord Liberty in Oldenburg. Lord was himself a successful 3 day Event horse. All his Progeny are endowed with enormous scores over fences. His best offspring are products of crosses with refined mares. Today, Lord is more likely to be found in the dam lines since no stallion line has really emerged to carry on his influence. In all.

Lord has a Dressage BLUP of 135

Showjumping BLUP of 189

and is, therefore, an outstanding source of Showjumping and Dressage talent in the Holstein breed. He produced 78 graded sons and progeny winnings total over £1.5 million to date, and he has a ranking of 3rd in the world as a sire of Dressage horses and 11th in the world as a sire of Showjumpers.

2008 Showjumping score 135, 98%.

Foxlight:

Foxlight, was one of the best sons of the French stallion Haras du Pin, and also had the blood of Bay Ronald in his pedigree. After a notable career at the track, Foxlight retired to stud duty where he was quite successful, producing both flat racers and steeplechasers. His racing blood included that of Foxlaw (winner of the Ascot Gold Cup and Newmarket Jockey Club Stakes and Foxhunter winner of the Ascot Gold Cup.

Rancune:

Henri Tambareau purchased the Thoroughbred mare, Rancune, in 1943 for use as a broodmare. She had won several times on the racetrack, and came from good lines, including that of the famous jumping sire Bay Ronald.

Lurioso:

Stood at Le Haras du Pin 1960-1966, where he died of an intestinal disease.

Ladykiller:

Ladykiller xx embodies the powerful type of the Thoroughbred. He was a strikingly handsome stallion with pronounced masculine attributes. He had an excellent mastery of the three basic gaits and was imbued with the very best character and temperament values. Of the enormous number of thoroughbreds that were applied in breeding in the 1960s and the early 1970s he turned out to be the best by far. The sires who came before him such as Anblick xx and Cottage Son xx who performed stud duty as contemporaries of Ladykiller xx like the stallions Manometer xx and Marlon xx, also founded their own stallion lines. None however was as convincing on such a broad basis as Ladykiller xx. He clearly transmitted himself his marked type the magnificent head correct and powerful foundation and excellent jumping ability in regard to capacity manner of jumping leg technique and above all spirit. His chestnuts were consistently even nobler than his bay progeny. Particular successes were achieved by mating with mares that were also of noble blood. Thus his best stallion sons by far Landgraf I and Lord were both bred out of mares who themselves had significant proportions of the best Thoroughbred blood. ladykiller sired 41 graded sons such as Landgraf I 3rd ranked Showjumping sire in the WBFSH lists and sire of Libero H, Liostro and Lorenz, as well as the Dressage stallions Latino and Leander. His progeny many of whom competed at a time when prize money was much lower than it is today have won nearly £800,000 to date.

Foxhunter:

Foxhunter was a son of Foxlaw who won the ascot gold cup in 1927- Foxhunter has a 3/4 brother by son in law -Trimdon who won the ascot gold cup in 1931 & 1932- thus the dam of Foxhunter & Trimdon -TRIMESTRAL had the rare distinction of having been dam of 3 consecutive winners of the Ascot Gold Cup!!

Furioso:

Born in England in 1939, the Thoroughbred colt, Furioso was to become one of the most influential sires in modern performance horse breeding, He was as well balanced stallion.
he had good bone, and walked liked a Lord, with a magnificent pace, very energetic and showing a great deal of amplitude, his tail swinging at each step. His trot and gallop were good. Though full of life he was docile and had a good temperament. Furioso was the leading sire of winners in France from 1954-1961. His son, Lutteur B, who went on to win the 1964 Olympic individual gold for Showjumping, amazed the German breeders when he appeared at the Hamburg Derby. Maas Hell, in Die Grossen Hengste Holsteins records the reaction. The Germans rushed to get their share of Furioso blood. Perhaps the most influential was Furioso II who died in 1986 having sired 81 approved sons, 96 dams of approved sons, and progeny earnings of DM 9,000,000. One of the all-time great Showjumping stars the world has known 12 times leading sire in France, Furioso won Gold and Silver at the Tokyo Olympics and World Cup Champion 2 years later
Sailing Light:

Won six races. Retired to stud 1955.

Cottage Son:

Breed Award: Premium. In Cottage Son, they found a sire whose influence on the modern day Showjumper is second to none. His great grandson, Capitol alone would secure his place in breeding history, Interestingly, Cottage Son fulfilled none of the usual German qualifications required of a Thoroughbred sire he had neither raced successfully or competed in the sport, but had been a successful sire of Hunters and Eventers in his native England, before being imported to Germany at the age of 15. In England he was the sire of Cottage Romance, ridden in the British Olympic team, in 1960 by Michael Bullen, and several other Elite Eventers: Dapper was 5th at Badminton with Lt Colonel Frank Weldon, and Anzac was 7th in 1962 at Little Badminton. He was however royally bred to be a sire of Showjumping horses  descending on his sire line from the great Bay Ronald. On the dam's sire we find the great steeplechase sire Cottage. Cottage's offspring dominated English and Irish steeplechasing for two decades, during which time he produced three Grand National winners. His great grand-dam, Clonken is by Red Prince II, another successful steeplechaser and producer of steeplechasers. Red Prince II later stood in Trakehnen where he sired 24 approved stallions and 30 approved broodmares. Red Prince II was out of the Grand National winner, Empress.

A fatal accident in 1963 meant Cottage Son spent a mere four seasons at stud in Schleswig-Holstein, but in that time he managed to produce 14 stallion sons, and 42 approved daughters. He also produced the jumpers, Carlos, Colibri, Colorado, Conte, Cocacabana, Corsar, Cortina, Cottan, Cottage Incident and Georgie Girl; the dressage competitors, Cohinor and Coriolan, and the eventers, Arrarat and Comtur. As a broodmare sire, Cottage Son has been a sensation, siring the dams of two of the all time greats of modern jumping breeding, Lord and Ramiro. Cottage Son was a tall powerful stallion with long lines, a great deal of expression with a very good honest temperament.

Werther:
Competition Level: International Dressage.
Important Dressage. Showjumping and Eventing sire. Werther by Wendekreis/Mario xx is one of the most successful sires of modern Hanoverian breeding because of hos versitility. He was the first Hanoverian stallion of the year in 1992. He unbatedly manages to sire to horses for Dressage, Showjumping and Eventing. Werther influenced the breed like hardley any other stallion has. Every breeder will recall this bold chestnut. Next to his breed performance, his appearences will also be called to mind, when he performed as a auction trotter with vigor, or in passage on the long rein at an older age, when he showd off his Spanish walk to his audience.

Graphit:
Important Dressage and Showjumping sire. Graphit won almost 2 million DM in his career. Even at the age of 2 when he was sent to the approval in Verden, he was a striking stallion with that certain something. As oon as he started to move all eyes turned to him becausse of his magnetism. Graphit was stationed at the Hanigsen stud farm in the vicinity of Hanover for a total of 19 years, where he performed great deeds for German horse breeding. He was always a stallion that drew everyone's attention to himself, with a lot a display behaviour, but also with first class qualities as a riding horse. Graphit usually passed on way above average jumping ability. Graphit progeny were also liver chestnuts. The similarity to the grandsire was often accompanied by a greater amount of temperament, that was not evident with Grande or his direct descendents. Interestingly enough, it was these very horses that were capable of great sporting performance. His most significant national sports progeny was probably the grey gelding Graf George, who went into American ownership via the Verden auction. He was twice bronze medal winner at the Barcelona and Atlantic Olympics with the US team under Michael Poulin Gunter Seidel and he was the winner of numerous Grand Prix competitions and became Horse Of The Year. The Celle state stud did not manage to acquire a Graphit stallion son for its breeding stock. His 4 outstanding Graphit sons Gloster, Grannus, Grudstein I and Grundstein II, all of which can be regarded without exception as cream of the crop performance transmitters, have been placed at the disposal of the Hanoverian breeding fraternity. Graphit sons have had some influence in the other German breeding regions. Graphit began his career as a procreater of performance horses. Goethe, Gomez, Goldfinger and Graphitano were recruited in Hessia, of whom the latter generally produced the best riding horses, Westphalia landed a bulls eye with General I and had a number of further Graphit sons at their disposal with General II, Glamour R, Gracchus and Graf Spee.
